The lumber industry: where tradition and innovation meet

Some of Gesco-Star’s production units have been in operation since the 1950s. These sites were witness to the evolution of Canada’s rich logging tradition. The practices may have changed a bit, but the industry is still alive and well!

Today, Gesco-Star is one of Quebec’s 300 largest SMEs. It is still run by founder Maurice Grondin, a bold and innovative entrepreneur.
